1 General Provisions and Basis of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the jetway platform and all services connected to it. By registering on the site, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts may not be operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

• The responsibility for keeping your account password confidential rests entirely with you.

2.2 Identity Verification

jetway may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or certain services until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All jetway services — casino games, sports betting, and others — are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, it is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming or betting is lawful in the country or region where you reside. Registration by users from prohibited countries or regions is not accepted.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jetway currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetway's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed for this bonus.

Bonus funds from the welcome bonus are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled. A 25x wagering requirement applies to winnings from the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

jetway regularly runs various promotions, including weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, cricket bonanza bonuses, and birthday and referral rewards. Separate wagering requirements and eligibility criteria apply to each promotion.

• Each account is eligible to receive a specific bonus offer only once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• jetway reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• jetway's decision on bonus-related matters is final.

5.3 Wagering Calculation

The contribution of bets from all games towards meeting wagering requirements may not be equal. Contact our support team for details on bet contribution rates for specific games.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance and Cancellation of Bets

jetway reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or incorrect odds, the original stake will be returned.

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• jetway reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or lines.
• The applicable rules of the game and information from the provider apply to determining the outcome of any game.

6.2 Live Betting

jetway is not liable for any loss caused by a disconnection or data delay during live betting. Live odds may change at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error affects the outcome of a game, jetway reserves the right to void that round and return the original stake. For claims arising from a game provider's error, the provider's own policy applies.

7 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetway platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using another person's details or payment method.
• Using bots, automation, or hacking techniques on the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately towards other users or staff.
• Exploiting bonus terms through odds arbitrage or coordinated betting.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any balance free of wagering requirements may be withdrawn before the account is closed. If you wish to self-exclude as part of responsible gaming, please contact the support team.

8.2 Closure at jetway's Initiative

jetway may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or deception.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any balance free of wagering requirements will generally be returned — except in cases of fraud or breach of rules.

9 Limitation of Liability

jetway provides its services on an "as is" basis. jetway is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of rules.
• Issues arising from errors in third-party game software.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access where the user has not taken adequate precautions.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, or other unavoidable circumstances.

jetway's total liability shall never exceed the amount deposited by the user into their account during the period of the relevant dispute.

10 Personal Privacy and Data Protection
